The location was great. I loved the fact that we were close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The hotel room was also very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay over the New Year was quite unpleasant due to noisy guests next door who partied all night long. We couldn't sleep at all and the hotel staff was not able to control the situation.

Prefer a shower that stands on it's own. Stairs would have been very difficult with my heavy (too heavy) suitcase...but you helped me to get it up the stairs!

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room at Hotel-Restaurant De La Tour. It comfortably accommodated our family of four and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was also large and luxurious, complete with a separate rain shower and bathtub. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions like Gruyère and the Callier chocolate factory. The breakfast was simple but delicious. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Hard to find, not a good value, hot-no ac. The guy that own it is nice.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.The food in the restaurant was excellent with good service.Breakfast was nice freshly squeezed juice nice cheeses.This was a very child friendly hotel .The location is excellent all major tourist attractions are in easy reach.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Bulle and close to the attractions in the Gruyère region, including the chocolate factory. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good shower and a tub for added convenience. The breakfast offered fresh oranges, which was a nice touch and added to the overall experience.

It was for a change nice to be at a very quite hotel. The staff .... 1 person, was very friendly. As I did hardly speak French she tried to communicate in English, so together we were able to communicate.... She was friendly and very helpfull. WIFI was perfect!

Hotel was closed, so no restaurant/bar, painfull TV... Was hanging in fron of the bathroom passthrough.... ;-) a bit further from the highway as it looks on the map.

This is a nice cozy hotel in good location, just a short drive from Gruyeres Castle or Bulle. The room is quite spacious and clean. Small surprises, like candys and some sewing utensils in small baskets. Nice simple Breakfast and attentive services. We enjoyed our rather short stay very much.

The hotel location is ideal for those wanting to be close to the town center and many attractions. Despite being unable to assist with making restaurant or sightseeing reservations, guests can easily explore the surrounding area. From the various reviews, the breakfast, rooms, and views are pleasant features that guests can look forward to experiencing.

There seems to be some inconsistency with the quality of rooms and service, such as check-in and reception issues mentioned by guests.

Ideal hotel for us, friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms, nice breakfast.

The hotel room was very small and outdated. There were no chairs in the room and most important the fire-safety situation is poor. If a fire breaks out there is hardly a way to escape from the hotel rooms.
